Competitive and Customizable Pricing

Each semester course is split into "blocks" of classes so that you may only pay incrementally, with no ongoing obligation. That is, if your needs change during the course of the class, you do not have to incur the loss of having already paid for the whole semester.

Alternatively, suppose you have a student who already knows the basics of a course, and it would suit them to jump in later in the course. We facilitate that with our "block" pricing so that each student can attend the portion or portions of the course that suit them best.

What sets us apart?

    We do not restrict our courses by age. If the student has the prerequisites and is willing to participate and complete homework, then they are welcome.

  • No busy work

    Homework is tightly focused on material covered.

  • Tenacity is rewarded

    Our educational model provides multiple opportunities to prove mastery of each concept before receiving a final grade.

  • No exams

    Our educational model places 90% of the grade assessment on homework, and 10% on attendance. Assignments are structured to resemble in form real life problems that one might encounter.

  • Our pricing structure is highly customizable

    If you'd like try a class, you may sign up for the first "block" (two classes) of a course, with no ongoing commitment. Alternatively, if your child already knows the basics of a course, and would like to begin at the second or third "block" of a course, this is encouraged and facilitated. We do not believe that a family should incur losses of having to pay for a whole semester of a course if they are not interested in the whole course, or if it turns out to not suit them for whatever reason.

  • No expensive textbooks

    Our courses are based upon class notes.

  • Certificates are provided

  • Orbital Mechanics I
    by Comstock Educational Services 12 hour-long lectures
    Two weeks tuition ($80) will be due up front to secure your spot in the class with no ongoing obligation.

    • The only prerequisites are basic algebra, the Pythagorean theorem, basic programming, the ability to catch on to mathematical concepts quickly, and the willingness to participate in class and complete homework.

    • We will generally cover a first semester of calculus, introductory orbital mechanics, introductory physics, and an introduction to Python coding as applied to orbital mechanics.

    • The only prerequisites are Orbital Mechanics I which includes vector algebra, basic differential calculus, basic Python, basic trigonometry, and the willingness to participate in class and complete homework.

    • We will generally cover integral calculus, introductory differential equations, orbital elements, orbit determination, interplanetary and interstellar trajectories, and satellite navigation.

  • Optimization and AI

    • The only prerequisites are algebra, differential calculus, and Python knowledge, the ability to catch on to concepts quickly, and the willingness to participate in class and complete homework.

    • We will cover most major optimization techniques in detail and why selecting the right method when building an AI model is critical in the field of AI. The class is designed to teach you how to build AI tools from scratch using pre-existing libraries, not how to use AI tools efficiently.
